What's the catch, is it really free?*
“We’ve been asked that many times over the past 20 years and the answer is simple: there’s no catch. Fitness Passport is built on a win–win–win approach. It’s free for employers, employees gain access to a huge variety of gyms, pools and classes at discounted rates, and our partner facilities benefit from reaching new audiences.
Depending on the membership type chosen and final program arranged with the employer, members can save up to 50% compared with a regular gym membership.
The result? More people becoming active, healthier, and energised at work — leading to reduced stress, fewer sick days and a stronger return for your business.”

What is the elgibility criteria?
In order to join Fitness Passport, your organisation will need to undertake a set of initial checks. This process ensures we can provide the best level of service for you based on your unique circumstances.
Please make an enquiry and a member of the Fitness Passport team will get in touch to help you check your eligibility.
What is the elgibility criteria?
Is this like ClassPass®?
Similar but different. Unlike ClassPass®, access to Fitness Passport facilities on your program is unlimited. Your staff won’t have to purchase credits to use and you won’t have the expense of a program management fee. Once your staff join Fitness Passport, they can go once a week or 10 times per week for the same price. It’s amazing value. Plus Fitness Passport is extended to immediate family members as ClassPass® doesn’t offer that option either. ClassPass® is available to consumers whereas Fitness Passport is exclusively available via you as the employer which helps you become more attractive as an employer as it’s very hard to get this benefit. 42% of our recent survey respondents said that they wouldn’t consider moving to another employer unless they had the Fitness Passport as a staff benefit.
